The Starr Cancer Consortium Retreat is a venue for presentation and discussion of SCC-funded projects. 

2010 Starr Cancer Consortium Retreat

The 2010 Starr Cancer Consortium Retreat will be held on September 20-21, 2010 at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL).  The Retreat will begin at 11:00am on September 20th and conclude in the afternoon of the 21st

Registration

Attendance is by invitation only.

Registration is required for all attendees and must be completed by August 6, 2010.

Presentations

Second and Third Grant Competition Funded Projects: Each project team will give a platform presentation and submit an abstract prior to the meeting.   Platform presentation and abstract submission instructions

First and Fourth Grant Competition Funded Projects: Each project team will give a poster presentation and submit an abstract prior to the meeting.  Poster presentation and abstract submission instructions


Housing

The SCC will provide housing for Retreat attendees.  Attendees should indicate on the registration form if they require overnight housing.  (Please note attendees from CSHL will not be provided with overnight housing.)


Travel

Information on travel options to CSHL can be found on the registration site and here: http://meetings.cshl.edu/travel.html

Retreat attendees should make their own travel arrangements.  The SCC will reimburse economy airfare and ground transportation travel costs.
